Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The warm hospitality made me feel right at home, especially thanks to Mr. Charley, who was always there to assist me. The rooms were clean and comfortable, decorated in a unique traditional Khmer style, but they could be a bit noisy during the day. While the pool area was a nice touch, it was difficult to relax there due to limited space. The dining experience could use improvement, particularly breakfast, as it often lacked warmth and variety. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money but has some areas that need attention.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the spacious and clean rooms were a highlight, and the pool offered a great way to relax. However, the service was disappointing, as communication was lacking and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The location was excellent, close to the town center, making it convenient to explore. Unfortunately, the dining experience could use improvement, especially with breakfast options being limited and not always fresh.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were spacious and the hotel had a nice design, the overall experience was marred by slow service and a less-than-satisfactory dining experience. Additionally, the communication from staff was lacking, making it frustrating at times. Overall, it’s a decent place, but improvements are needed in several areas.
This hotel was a mixed bag for me. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the market and nearby eateries, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, I dealt with some issues like a loud air conditioning unit and mosquitoes. The staff members were genuinely friendly and did their best to help, but there were moments when communication was lacking. The breakfast options could definitely use improvement, as my experience was somewhat disappointing. Overall, it’s decent value for the price, but there were a few drawbacks that need addressing.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is ideal, just a short stroll to pub street, and the pool area is quite enjoyable. However, I faced several issues during my stay, particularly with the room condition and service quality. Overall, it was somewhat disappointing given my expectations.
